Hope you got some post-Galax boost! I think I got strep so even if I felt good enough to go out after staying home sick from work, I wouldn't risk youzall's health.
Hope Mr. Christian is out there pickin', or maybe our Galax winner Mister Mueller.

Jam was good. Kinda smallish, but plenty of good music. It's funny that we're at a point where a dozen musicians is "kinda smallish."
A couple of new guitar players picked with us -- a guy from Snowville, and a grad student from Tech who moved here from Michigan 2 days ago.
I gone for one week, and ya got two new guitar players! Missed pickin with you all. We were at Sloppy Joe's most of the night. They had a band who covered alot of 70's and 80's rock music. Not too bad...very entertaining, as were some of the customers trying to dance with too many adult beverages in their system!
Back next week. Save my seat!
