I haven't made it so far. I went back in '98 and had a good time. I didn't know anybody. Now I'll know a heap o people and I'll do some savage pickin'. Or, I would, if I went. But it's sooooooooooooooo hot. Have there been any deaths yet? I can't believe there haven't been some emergencies.
I can't decide if this video makes me want to go or not. I guess it kind of does.
But then again, it's soooooooo hot!

We are progressive, but pretty much only to the extent that we'll play new songs as hard driving bluegrass. We love Bill Monroe, the Stanley Brothers, The Seldom Scene, JD Crowe, Tony Rice, Sam Bush, the Country Gentlemen, the Beatles, the Stones, and all the greats.

Side Door Sessions
We've got a big show planned for October 15th, 2011. The Java Brothers and the Porch Loungers will be there, and other friends, too! As usual, doors open at 7 and music starts at 7:30.
We're always looking for more acts and ways to improve the Sessions. Please send all suggestions to me at chris.burgoyne@gmail.com. I'd love to hear from you.

It's too hot! I don't think I could enjoy being there is this kind of weather. If you go drink plenty of water and have a good time!
